What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, chosen studio and anything you write in the notes field. We collect nothing else about you from this site beyond standard server logs.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, price the work and book it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the systems we use to run the business.

Who processes it

• Our customer relationship system, which stores enquiries and our replies
• Our email provider, which delivers correspondence
• Our hosting provider, which keeps standard access logs
• For dealer work, the film or coating manufacturer, so a warranty can be registered in the vehicle owner’s name

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Records tied to a warranty are kept for the life of that warranty.

Your choices
